2017 Sunbury Sauvignon Blanc

From Galli Estate in Sunbury. Probably the earliest we have ever picked this one. Half of this spent a few days on skins, the rest was barrel fermented in old barriques (thanks de borts). Gross lees for almost a year and bottled sans soufre.
