2018 Sous Voile Sauvignon

One solo barrel of Sunbury Sauvignon that went a bit rogue. We found an aldehydic barrel of SB when we were racking, post MLF. It was our favourite, so we left it.

Gross less for 23 months, not topped and under flor the whole time. No S02 added.
