2019 Electric Marsanne

Exactly like the 18, but a bit better.

Grown by Humis Vineyard in Colbo (North Heathcote). Cambrian soils on the flats of Mount Camel, organic too.

3 weeks on skins with 3 rough plunges a day. Straight to old wood. Untopped for 10 months with a small layer of Flor yeast.

Bottled with no sulphur and no other adds. 38 dozen produced.
