2019 Sangiovese Novello

No Fruit in 2018 but we reckon 2019 is the best yet. From Galli, Heathcote.

We split this into two parcels. Half was pressed at harvest and fermented in old barriques. The other half was gently macerated for a week. Kept separate until bottling when we added a touch of S02 (25ppm).

A touch more darker fruited and structured in the past, but probably more refreshing?
