2016 Chalmers Vineyard, Fiano/Picolit/Arneis blend. All three grapes were fermented separately and blended as soon as MLF was completed. The Fiano received 2 weeks skin maceration (4 plunges a day and a very hot ferment to drag out as much tannin and colour as possible). No skin contact on the Picolit or Arneis.
Bottled with zero additions. No fining or filtration. 45 dozen made
